Freddie at the front desk was fantastic! The facility overall was good, however, no easily available elevators, this was an issue since I had booked 2 rooms together with handicap issues check marked, one of the rooms was on the ground floor, however the other room was on the second. The beds were very hard, and the pool did not have a sufficient amount of towels.

The staff was great and the room was clean. The hallways and outside areas could use some cleaning and renovations. The breakfast was nice , but there is no elevator, making it difficult with an elderly peraon and a toddler in our group and placed on the 2nd level. Pretty expensive for a room, but reasonable for the area prices

Good breakfast, many options, fruit, oranges, hot chocolate plus all the standard options. My room was quiet all night, the TV worked and had numerous channels to pick from. All staff were helpful. Pool was warm and clean. Plenty of towels in the room and by the pool. Great local magazines giving the history, touristy areas, food places and local events.
