Rooms & sitting areas were dusty. Breakfast- continuously ran out of food. Pancakes from pancake maker were good but the unit broke down & was not repaired before we checked out.

The location is great, but the property is run-down.

If your an outdoorsy person, this is the place for you. This property sits straight on the Mississippi River. They have an awesome entertainment venue I believe from May-October on the back half of the property and have awesome entertainment on Saturday evenings. The diamond in the rough, sitting outside, watching eagles mingle in the air, speed boats going by, beautiful properties across the river. I was pleasantly surprised by the serenity experienced. Bring the kids, they have an awesome pool with slide and it is under the dome, where you can feel like your outside, but it doesn't matter what the weather does. You will have a great time at this hotel. Book soon!
