Found a tampon and bandaid taped to the ceiling and when confronting hotel staff about how unsanitary and unclean it was we had police show up at our door threatening to kick us out.

Very nice looking, large gym, was pool area. Snack beverage pantry was very picked over. Check in gal was not very helpful but check out gal was very courteous. We were on freeway side and that's all we heard all night. It eventually became white noise. Room was very spacious and clean and pleasant looking.

I booked through Expedia. Got there and the clerk said there were no rooms available so she didn’t know why Expedia allowed the room to be booked. Come to find out she actually checked me in lied to Expedia and said I had stayed those nights and kept the payment but because Expedia were the ones who booked me somewhere else knew I was not a guest there.

Simple, understated, & clean hotel. It had all the basic necessities. Staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby throughout the day and some simple breakfast options available earlier on the weekend mornings b/c we had to be out the door by 6:30 am for our event.

Checking in with Sharon was terrible! She is the first point of contact which set off our experience. She was rude & condescending which turned off us wanting to continue our stay. If I hadnt selected the non-fundable option, we would have changed hotels! The rest of the staff was very friendly & helpful. The continental breakfast was great, but unfortunately didnt meet our needs for time. We were there for a swim meet for 3 days and 2 of the days breakfast started later at 7a and we missed out due to having to be at the pool at that time. We selected this hotel for the breakfast option. We enjoy stays with the Fairfield chain but unfortunately our experience with Sharon will not have us returning to this location.
