Came here for baseball game. Booked this hotel because they showed they had a restaurant as well as a shuttle…. The restaurant was closed and there was no shuttle…. Super frustrating because we had to pay for rides and then wait for the ride after the game for over an hour….

Your website advertised free breakfast,bar,restraint,pool,hotub There was no breakfast The bar closed restaurant closed and got tub didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I won't stay there again. I paid 140.00 for a very disappointing stay

The hotel was very nice. However, when we checked in we learned the hot tub was not working and the restaurant was closed for remodeling - that would be nice to know when making a reservation. The TV in our room did not work. it took two calls but they were nice and just moved us to another room. I would definitely stay again.

The hot tub has been out of service for probably a month, facility needs updated, chipping plaster in pool area, pool was cloudy and looked dirty from work being done maybe. Reported splatters and food on carpet, was never cleaned up, just swept to side. Hot tub being shut down should be on web site. Very dirty looking.

Needs improvement.

No bath towels. Couldn’t control the room temp and it was hot. Hair dryer died and wouldn’t start back up. Hotel restaurant was closed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which is usually a big issue for me.

Not as good as it once was.

On Hotels.com, hotel advertises bar and hot tub, but both closed. Service not as friendly. I stay here every time I am in town as a vendor and this is the worst condition it has been in. Even the shower in the room is getting rundown. Unfortunate because was my favorite hotel close to the mall with the amenities and great service for the price. This stay, not so much.

Nice property. Terrible clientele.

The location was excellent and the property itself was above average especially for the price. However, the clientele was awful. People were running the halls, screaming, talking very loudly, knocking on doors (including ours) well into the night and then the chaos began again early in the morning. I called to report it and nothing changed.

We chose this property because of the location. We were in town for a family event. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the hotel shuttle because the staff member responsible for operating the shuttle didn't have a current CDL. Thankfully, we had a great Uber driver. Our biggest issue was the elevator. There is something wrong here. The elevator grinds with every trip it takes....and when I say "grinds", I mean it sounds like parts of the elevator are grinding against something. We could hear it in our room, all night long. The sound machine couldn't even drown it out. My husband said it sounded like a low flying plane. I said it sounded like the scene in Men in Black when Will Smith's character drags the table across the floor. Think fingernails on a chalkboard on steroids. Needless to say, no one slept. I sure hope they get that elevator fixed.

Half Baked... Downhill Hotel

Been staying here for the last 3yrs when i visit my daughter in college. Must say it has really went down hill over that time. Slowly amenities are no longer accessible ie: no hot tub, no bar, no breakfast, no soap dispensers in the showers. The quality of towels has went down, the room this time leaked water from the AC unit making the floor soaking wet. Only positive thing is free parking, its safe, and the young man that checked us in and asked if things were good was excellent to deal with while several others smelled like weed and looked half baked behind the desk. No judgement, just facts.

Horrible and I refuse to return, the carpeting was burned and they attempted to conceal it by placing the side table over the burned carpet. This will definitely be my last time staying at this place that I thought was fairly decent. I mistakenly booked this stay in an attempt to book the week prior of which the room was even worst but since it was non refundable I had to as I don’t have the money to waste. Never again will I stay at this place.
