Great area, nice and quiet. On the contrary we had to contact the staff multiple times for fresh towels and waited for around three hours, delaying a fresh start to the day. There's no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Also, having to commute to the 1st floor for usage. Key🔑 Machine is down for a time they're not able to provide. Otherwise, excellent sleep and view!

The restaurant was closed the bar was closed there was a sign saying we could buy a beverage of that they were all out got up in the morning continental breakfast was yogurt and juice I can say the beds and pillows were very comfortable

The hotel was nice, but the service was fantastic. The two girls working the front desks were excellent. The one girl was there all day and worked past her shift, because they were short-handed. But she was still just as sweet and helpful at midnight, as she was at the beginning of the day. We were there on June 20th, so please give these two girls a raise!

The room did not have a fridge as requested, they did get one in there after my check in ( I called 2 days prior as well as the day of to make sure this was included). There were bo towels or tissue in the room and when we requested towels we received a couple pool towels instead of bath towels and wash clothes, the curtains and blanket had big yellow stains on them. Instead of a fitted sheet on the bed there was just a top sheet that looked old. The restaurant is closed, the hot tub is shut down (was told it has been this way for a year and will not be fixed until next year sometime). I booked a room with a bathtub but received one with a small shower. The furniture in the room looks old and worn out. I could not get a refund due to the booking through a 3rd party so i had no choice but to stay since i already paid, but u would not book this location again.
