Hello, I made a mistake when I booked the hotel weeks ago. I accidentally bought nonrefundable. When I realized this more than 10 days ago, I reached out to see if anything could be done as I would not be able to stay that weekend. Not only would the hotel not help me, they were very unfriendly to me. They stressed that it was sold out that day. I thought perhaps that would help as someone else could take my room, but no. They would not accomodate me or even treat me kindly.

Staff was friendly. Was in a good location for us.

Great hotel, right in the middle of the city.

Receptionist was rude. I drove long hours and stopped for the night. She didn’t greed me with a smile but instead rudeness and somewhat aggressive. I checked in and behind me was a suit dressed man which she greeted with a happy smile and a warm “Hi”. That made me feel very discriminated.

No way to get hot water for tea for guests.

Friendly staff, great location, easy parking, breakfast was good, clean

Courteous staff and the room was outstanding. It was our second stay at the inn. Everything is first class. We highly recommend it.
