Clean room and friendly staff. Rooftop bar was great to hang out in. Just wish they had a real restaurant on site. The area doesn’t feel great to walk around at night. So eating in the hotel would have been a nice option.

Loved the character of the property!

Wonderful place to stay to experience Memphis!

I stayed in room 313. The room needed dusting, vacuumed, and the bathroom swept and mopped. I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. My mother and I traveled from Michigan, and make it in quite late. I checked in my manager Daimem. Anyway, we make it to the room, I pulled out the sofa bed where I had to sleep, and found the mattress stained with blood (a woman's ) in several different places. I went back down to make management aware and asked for a replacement, but he said he didn't have one. So I had to cover it with several sheets. No apology or compensation at all.

I thought the property was kept and the staff was professional and freindly.

It’s a pretty affordable stay, so did not expect luxury. Beds were pretty comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean. The ac was nice and cold, hot water shower and breakfast was nice. We are on a road trip and this place provided exactly what we needed a restful retreat.
