Employees most helpful.First time in a casino since early nineties(82ys old) found the facilities/environment most enjoyable. My wife and I will be returning to this most favored place.Room was clean ,well stocked with the necessities. The best part we came away with a little bit more than we arrived with...Most Enjoyable!!

Not the best Holiday Inn & Suites that I have stayed at before. The staff was really great. The property needs maintenance. And the room had a bad smell. I am thinking it was the carpet. It needs to be replaced. There were other maintenance items that need addressing. The continental breakfast pancake machine was broke. Serving turkey sausage, really? With that being the only protein breakfast choice. Wasn't impressed. Again, I have stayed at MUCH better Holiday Inn & Suites before. If it wasn't for the staff I frankly would have rated the stay 1 star. I can't say I recommend staying here. I would opt for something better if I stay in Montgomery.

My room was right over the loading dock and it was extremely loud banging all night. Didn’t get any sleep and then at 6 am workers or delivery drivers started yelling and cussing right outside my window. I checked out 4 hours early! Spoke with staff to no avail. Terribly disappointed

I just needed a place for the night with my kids while passing through. Staff was friendly! I felt safe. Bathroom has a vent (not all hotels do). I felt no humidity! Which was so nice not to have clammy sheets like the other others I had been staying in. They did not have a breakfast but that's ok for the price I paid. I will stay there again!

Our room smelled like weed, blankets were stained, pillows looked nasty. My daughter's had a room and there was food that was never cleaned out of their fridge. Our bathroom ceiling had mold. There was no remotes and staff cldnt get us more towels because housekeeping had left for the day. It was nasty
