Everything was great except the shower head was so clogged it was like being stabbed by needles. I told the front desk for what that is worth.

Very nice breakfast! The big problem was the bed. It was crunchy. I asked to check out a different room. The let me try 2 other rooms, but the beds were no better. I wouldn't consider this property again unless they out all be bed in. I would say the manager was very nice and courteous.

The pool sucks

I was very disappointed that the hot tub was “out of order”. I’m traveling with a child and we would have gone somewhere else. You should be advertising a pool and hot tub if you can’t keep them working, and I find it hard to believe it was out of order. how hard can it be to keep it in order, it’s not a space ship.

The property was “well used”. Furnishings are very dated. The bed had a dip in it that they put a pillow topper on to cover it up, not to mention it squeaked every time one of us rolled over to crawl out of the hole. We found a rotten apple under the bed,

Older/not updated. Stayed in a room that they have set aside for travelers with dogs. It smelled so much like "wet dog" that we had to open the window and prop our door open!! At breakfast, they were out of coffee and many food choices by 7 am!!

TV Too Complicated and Ouchie Shower Head

Was very disappointed in the streaming-only TV options, and no instructions in how to use the remote with only a few buttons. People who are traveling (at least in my age group) want to see CHANNELS. A bit too "trendy" and "hip" for my tastes. Also, the shower control was confusing with two levers. And the streams of water from the shower head were so laser-focused and strong. Quite an unpleasant hit to Mr. Johnson first thing in the morning. Maybe this shower head was to save water, but it didn't work for me.
