The staff were great and very friendly. I’d booked a single room which was basic but clean. The first night was ok but the second noisy. The location doesn’t look so great as many locations close to stations are a bit grubby but it’s very handy for the station and I didn’t feel unsafe walking to and from the station. I would stay again: it’s affordable friendly and felt safe.

Great hostel experience. Staff were lovely, lots of fun extras like free drinks and social events. Super convenient for Milan station. Would highly recommend as long as people understand the accommodation is hostel basic accommodation.

Great place. Such friendly staff. Literally right around the corner from Milan Centrale. Dinner they offered at night was delicious. Room and bathrooms were clean. Definitely worth the stay.

We arrived to a broken toilet and they had no other rooms. They promised to have the manager call us the next morning for a refund, but nobody has yet and it’s been almost a week. We cannot get ahold of anyone, we had to use a bathroom on the 6th floor—very inconvenient when you paid for a private room.

Great location and vibe!

Good stay in a great location very close to the central train station allowing for easy access any where in the city. Room was simple but well appointed for being a hostel. Fun activities and spaces at the hotel. Also, fun to see all ages staying here. Young to old, solo, groups, and couples. It’s a bit noisy at night, but ear plugs are provided.

It is a good option for budget travelers, meets the basic needs, room and sheets are very clean, bed is comfortable. It is just around the corner of Milano central train station. Literally steps away. People there (substantially young people) are respectful. This place has great vibe. Highly recommended for young people and budget travelers for the convenience, clean accommodation and helpful staff.
