Giogina at the front desk is amazing. We saw her doing a great job with bunch of customers at the front desk while the fire alarm was on. I go to many Hotels and I pay a lot of attention to how we clean the room, the house keeper by the name of Fatima deserves a 6 stars , she pays a lot of attention to the customer’s needs and she is was very professional.

NH Collection Milano City Life is a lovely hotel, all the staff and cleanliness was great. Alejander looked after us as we did have a slight problem but this was sorted within 10 mins Lovely hotel to stay at

This place is mostly fire the convention crowd as the MiCo convention center is next door. If you’re touring in Milan there are better places in nicer hoods for sure at this price, which I found want worth the price.

A clean hotel perfect for our trip. With the metro 2 minute walk - the accèssbility to the duomo and Milan central was very easy - approx 15 min on metro. Also easy enough to get to the Linate airport. Staff polite and helpful. Room clean and modern.

Just back from a 4 night stay. Absolutely loved this hotel, service was fabulous. We had a duplex suite with hot tub which was wonderful. We walked to the metro several times a day from the hotel, this is a short distance and felt safe. We will definitely be back to this hotel. It is hard to know why it isn’t a 5 star in all honesty!
