Communication is terrible. You need to have an app (any of these 3 - whats up, viber or telgram ) so they can send instructions on how to check in. Very poor customer service, no calls or follow up call on basic information like housekeeping schedule, etc. Customer has to call all the time for basic supplies ie: shampoo, paper towels, trash pick-up, etc. and they don’t change sheets even if you request to have your sheets changed. We didn’t get our sheets changed during stay of 8D/7N. No consistent supply of hot water for showering. FYI: We had 2/8 days that we got lucky to have hot water during showers. Hair dryer that’s provided sounds like a Cessna plane that is about to take off when turned on and takes 25 minutes to dry a shoulder length. Electrical outlets are available in every room but only few are functional (some are marked “do not use” and some are not-so you have to plug/use before you will know). They have old fashioned keys and they give you 1 set of 3 keys. Not convenient if you go out individually cuz you have to wait whoever holds the key to get back in to the apartment. They have different locations but same information is posted in Expedia regarding distance from landmarks in Milan. Wrong address was provided after booking online (via del bollo 2 but apartment is in via del torchio 4). Worse experience ever with this stay.
