We had a great stay! The hotel is clean, with very helpful staff and an easy, fast check-in/check-out process. The facilities are great ,the wellness center has a hot tub and sauna (I couldn’t quite figure out how to get the sauna working, but everything was clean and nicely set up, which I appreciated). Breakfast had a nice selection, and the bar on the 6th floor was a highlight with live music, good cocktails, and a wonderful ambiance. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

You can literally see Milano Centrale from the window of the hotel. Very very convenient if you’re traveling a lot using the train/metro. The hotel is small but very clean, smells wonderfully clean as well. The sheets are clean, very comfy. The pillows are great! Room and bathroom are good size. They provide toiletries. They also provide water and juices in your minibar in the bedroom and some snacks. This is the only hotel in Italy that we stayed at (6 hotels) that has an ICE MACHINE! This is very much appreciated especially if you’re there in summer. Also, they have water dispenser and microwave oven that you can access anytime. The front door is always locked for safety. You can open it with your room key or there’s always a desk staff to help you. The staff are all wonderful. Shout out to the Filipinos that were working on night shift (one was cleaning the other at the front desk) they were very cheerful, you can see how happy and proud they are of their workplace.

Running around in Europe

The check in was very swift. Room was very clean and quiet with partial view of the Central Train Station. Distance to eateries is about 5-10 minutes walk. Love the hotel!

Very convenient location next to Milano Centrale, subway or Tram or 30 minute walk to Duomo. Delicious breakfasts at 7 am leaves plenty time to reach you favourite place before opening!

Desafortunadamente, el metro pasa por debajo o muy cerca de este hotel. Mi habitación estaba en el nivel uno y el ruido, junto con la vibración, no me permitió descansar bien, pasé dos noches muy malas. Al llegar al hotel, informé en recepción que había reservado una habitación con vista exterior. En ese momento me comunicaron que el hotel estaba lleno y que solo disponían de la habitación que me asignaron. No puse problema, ya que solo serían dos noches. Sin embargo, el segundo día, cuando regresamos, habían cambiado nuestra habitación sin avisarnos y nuestras pertenencias habían sido trasladadas sin nuestra autorización.
