The hotel is really good, the concierge staff are very food, but the front desk staf was not so good. Everything was perfect but only the staff on the front desk is rude.

Clean, comfortable room. Bed was on the firmer side but I had a great night’s sleep in it. The view at rooftop restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious! Concierge staff were very kind and helpful!

The place is excellent beautiful very clean. I was upgraded to a bigger room which was very convenient. The parking is a few blocks away and it’s a little complicated to go in and out. Breakfast is really good. I recommend this place.

Good but not great.

Stayed in a Junior Suite for 3 nights. The hotel and room were very nice, but I was a little disappointed with the attention to detail regarding the cleaning. There was a lot of metallic trim on the furnishings that were full of prints and dirt. They also need to pay attention to their high dusting especially the bathroom vents. You also don't get daily cleaning of your room unless you request it, and I couldn't get an ice bucket even though I asked several times. On the plus side, t he bed was comfortable

What a gem this is. Fantastic location, so convenient for the major landmarks. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must and is such a lovely place to sit and have a cocktail. Special mention to the staff, such helpful and friendly people. We can’t wait to come back.
