This smell coming from the toilet is absolutely disgusting. It is shameful that you have to smell such things for a hotel. They Italian manager gets worried every time he see you leaving, thinking you are not going to pay the City Tax, and keeps asking you about your room number and all that. They tried to convince me that the city tax should only be paid in cash, I disputed that, so not true. The towels are not clean, the pillow covers have yellow stains on them. The Bed covers have cigarette holes in them, and if you touch them your skin gets itchy. Shocking hygiene in this place. It is a shame really, as the connection to the city is good, but the quality of the hotels is not even 1 star.

This is a one star place and is sold as a two. Puctures are a total scam, they do jot represent the rooms. The room my parents had had a better bathroom, my room bathroom was a JOKE! AVOID this place!

The place is awfully maintained, there is pain peeling off and it smells of cigarettes and humidity. The pictures online are taken staged and by what seems to be the best photographer in the world. There are better around for the same money, avoid it!

Terrible experience

Don’t stay here, it’s not like photos, the service is terrible. I stayed with my family for 3 days. We know the hotel has not elevator, so for the time to make the check-out we asked for help to the staff to take our luggage because my father has a back surgery he wasn’t able to pick up the luggage and the person in charge told us he can’t and he did do anything. The bathroom was dirty, we chance rooms because the first one has an issue with the shower and the second room the gave us also the shower was in bad conditions. The breakfast it was bad, like old food from previous days. The only good it’s location but the hotel is terrible
