An eclectic classical art deco-style hotel. Management very considerate to our needs and accommodating. A stone’s throw away from the magnificent central railway station made this hotel‘s location perfect for first timers visit to Milan. Would consider staying here again! Price also a consideration considering How expensive Milan can be.

I dont usually leave a review if found hotel to be outdated or has experienced inconvenience. But this, i will so others will be warn and make a wise booking. Hotel Bristol is so convenient if youre departing to early morning airport bus bcoz its right across the central train station. I stayed for a night for my long haul flight back to Los Angeles and this is my worst experience in all Expedia booking. This hotel is BESIDE a DISCO (as per night shift receptionist when i called to complain of the pounding loud noise). My heart was pounding(feeling like a heart attack) from all those noise and chatter right outside my room 109 window. I was given a new room (third floor)past midnight and noise was less but i cant sleep anymore after that disturbance. I dont understand why the first receptionist who checked me in gave me that room and its not even busy that day. He could have given me some room away from that disco and that probably send me a positive notes review. But yes, furniture is outmoded, tiny shower, poor exhaust as i smell cigarette smoke. If you have nasty allergy, this is not your hotel. To the second receptionist/night shift who send me a bag of snacks/water on my way out at 345am, thank you. And to the first one, i wish he could have consider giving me a better room. Why not give guest a chance to rest before flying out the next day.

Nice breakfast! Friendly Staff! Great location!

Other thsn the beds being hard and no air-conditioning, the hotel was lovely. We had to keep our window open, and of course it was noisy. Bring earplugs! Perhaps other rooms have A/C, just be sure to ask.

"The room I stayed in was as cramped as a budget business hotel in Japan, and there was construction going on in front of the room, making it noisy during the day. However, I was very satisfied with the friendly and professional service provided by the hotel staff. The breakfast was also very satisfying, unlike typical continental European breakfasts. The location, needless to say, is excellent."

Victoria Falls Adventure

really debated about booking this hotel, the photos really do not do it justice. this place reminds me of the hotels I stayed at when I first started traveling to Italy. old world charm and decor. the room was very spacious with a king bed, large counter and fridge. bathroom is huge with alot of counter space, these are the things I look for when choosing a hotel. arrived late in the rain, literally right across from the train station. did not get a chance to really scope out the lobby but I loved what I did see. so wish I had just booked this place for our entire holiday. we used centrale station as our base and it was just so much better than the other places we used. reception said all we had to do was check out and they would call a taxi for us, this is at 3am. I was hesitant to not just do it myself as how often have you walked down to the lobby in the middle of the night to find no one available. not so here, reception guy called a cab, helped us with our bags, thank you! yes it's by the busy noisy train station, windows do a good job of reducing the sound. would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Convenient hotel

This is a great hotel across the road from train station. Breakfast was great with a big variety of food. Easy to get around from here by walking to attractions or metro E2.40 for 90 minute tickets to main attractions. There is a nightclub near, we were above it but with double glazing, operating mainly weekends - we slept okay. For convenience I would stay again. Food options at train station or short metro

Hotel Bristol is a great stay near the train station. Small, but comfortable room with a wonderful variety in their Breakfast buffet. Staff is helpful and kind.
