Very close to the Duomo and shopping district. Room is spacious with lots of bathroom amenities, but my biggest complaint is that the AC is basically non existent and even though we set the thermostat to the coldest temperature the room temperature would just go up making the room hot. Also another complaint was the checkout process with a really rude front desk receptionist. Breakfast was good with lots of options, and the breakfast staff were really friendly. Overall, I appreciated the convenient location.

Great location and nice hotel. Room was spacious and staff were very friendly. Parking was challenging. It’s not onsite, but is nearby within a block. However the loading/unloading luggage was very difficult on a busy, narrow street. Would definitely stay here again. You are next to everything!

This was a terrific hotel in a perfect location. The hotel employees were all very nice, professional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! The Duomo is a few minute walk away and there are several restaurants close by. The only things lacking were a gym and laundry. Otherwise this was a perfect hotel for our family.

We loved the close proximity to the center of it all without the loud city noises. Very spacious and clean. Safe and courteous staff. A/C worked marvelously. Also, next to a great little bakery that serves breakfast and lunch. Will definitely be back to this property!

Location! Location! Location!

Excellent location . Few minutes walk Doumo and all the high end shopping . Our room had a microwave, stove as well as a fridge. Spacious rooms and plenty of storage space .. would certainly come back.
