Great hotel, especially because of the excellent location. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things that could be improved. We stayed for five days, and the pool was extremely cold for almost our entire stay. It wasn’t until our last day that the water temperature was actually comfortable. Another inconvenience is that you can’t order food, drinks, or other items and charge them to your room. For a hotel like this, being able to charge purchases directly to the room would make things much more convenient for guests. That being said, the hotel itself is very nice, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is fantastic. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be even better.

Clean, great location, modern, well equipped! Great AC!! We Loved it. The only observation is that the hot water sometimes ran out too quickly.

We stayed here for six days during our trip to Spain, and it was an excellent home base for exploring Madrid. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. With two bedrooms, a spacious living area, and two separate bathrooms, it was a perfect fit for our family of five. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast items provided to help us get settled after our arrival. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and we’d especially like to thank Talles, who checked us in. He took the time to recommend places to visit in both the neighborhood and Madrid, and his suggestion to attend a flamenco dinner show ended up being the highlight of our trip. The location was another big plus. We loved walking around the neighborhood, which has plenty of great restaurants, and several Metro stations are within easy walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Madrid, especially families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
