Affordable option for a family stay on the beach. No restaurant onsite but the suite has a full kitchen if you want to buy groceries and make meals yourself. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and only one room had A/C which was challenging. The rooms were very quiet and the swim area was shallow. Overall a great spot to enjoy the beach and lake with kids.

HIDDEN GEM. Wonderful inn with amazing food and service along with a convenient location. The suites are perfectly appointed and the grand sun deck is perfect for wine o’clock and morning coffee. We will be back!!

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only downsides were: Breakfastv If you're choosing this hotel because of the free breakfast, be aware that it's quite limited. It consisted of muffins, boiled eggs, pancakes, bread, cereal, and a few other basic items, but there were no vegetables or breakfast meats. Pool: The pool was cloudy, and there was so much chlorine that it was difficult to stay in the area for long. The pool bathrooms also ran out of toilet paper. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we had an enjoyable stay overall.

Our stay was extremely disappointing due to a severe ant infestation throughout the property. Ants were everywhere on the floors, in the bathroom and bedrooms. The problem was so bad that we had to vacuum constantly from morning until night just to keep them under control. The infestation significantly impacted our stay. My wife barely got any sleep because of the constant concern about ants appearing throughout. To make matters worse, the caretaker had to interrupt and visit during our stay to spray bug spray, which was both inconvenient and ineffective in resolving the issue. There were also issues with amenities that were advertised or expected to be available. The firepit shown in the listing was out of service and could not be used during our stay. In addition, the BBQ grill was so dirty and poorly maintained that we never even considered using it. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of follow through from management. While we were staying there, we were told that they would discuss the situation and adjust the price or provide fair compensation for the inconvenience. However, as soon as we checked out, communication stopped completely and our messages have gone unanswered. We paid for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but instead spent our time dealing with a pest problem, and unable to enjoy some of the property’s amenities as shown in the photos. I sincerely hope other guests do not have to experience what we went through.

We liked everything at the property. Great large room with king bed,pool just outside the door.we had breakfast at a table for 4 on deck in the shade by the pool. Breakfast orders where taken the night before and we had about 5 choices. They were excellent Breakfasts, eg, cheese bun with acacado,bacon, and egg inside cooked to perfection. It was close to everything in oliver, and we had parking in driveway close to the room, Judy was an excellent host and she gave us coupons for wine tasting at 3 wineries, and recommended places to ear at.

Room was clean. Appreciate the communal are for laundry etc. air conditioning unit effective but noisy. Room very modern. Enjoyed our stay and the reasonable price
