The hotel was super clean and always smelled nice when we walked in. But we stayed on the second floor, right across from the elevator, and it was really annoying hearing banging all day and night every time someone used it. It wasn’t happening constantly, but it definitely stood out. Plus, the pancake machine was still out of order, which was a bummer because I noticed in the reviews that it had been broken for months. We were really hoping it would be fixed by the time we booked our stay, so it kind of put a damper on our experience at Tru by Hilton.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel was welcoming and had a fun vibe. We tried our skills or lack of with the pool table in the lobby. We did not use the outdoor swimming pool, but noticed others enjoying the water. We would stay here again.

Cute little hotel

Very cute hotel. Rooms were pretty tight, but clean. For 4 people in a double queen it was hard to squeeze by. Breakfast was great and the pool was refreshing.
