The receptionist is an absolute pro: friendly and eager to help improve our stay. She should be running the NYC Four Seasons... Anyway, location is great with Starbucks across the lot. Hotel is quiet and extremely clean. It looks brand new both inside and out. We'll keep coming again and again.

Staff was very very friendly, and the hotel was fairly new so everything was in great shape and clean and tidy. However the walls are paper thin so you can hear people very easily in nearby rooms or in the hall. Breakfast was serviceable. Also they were very busy when we were there so when we asked for a blanket for the pull out couch they didn't have one (??). It was nice to find an indoor pool in the area, but it's small so it fills up easily.

The best part about our stay was the staff. We were warmly greet by Anthony who took care of us immediately, provided information about the hotel's amenities, and local restaurants and shopping. The morning staff also eent above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Checking out with Rachel was prompt, friendly, and smooth.
