Oklahoman here, stayed here a few days to visit my brother in Middletown. I could tell the hotel was fairly new, so everything was clean and of good quality. All front desk workers were friendly and welcoming. Hotel has a little "store" near front desk where items such as snacks and laundry detergent can be purchased. Laundry room on 2nd floor has just 2 washers and 2 dryers; fyi it's $2/load to wash and $2 to dry, so you may be better off finding a laundromat if you have more than a load or two. Being from the south, I was surprised to see gravy and biscuits at the breakfast bar one day! Ya don't see that in the north, usually. Good location, right on the main strip. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

Check in and room where fine. When getting onto the elevator it reeked of Pot. Sleeping was not quiet thin walls/door could see light all the way around. Breakfast serving area was unkempt with lots of waffle batter cups left around and other garbage. Returned to room via elevator comming out of it was run over by cleaning staff person. Cart left in the walkway and she pushed past me to get in to the elevator. If needing the door held could ask or stand to side with hand to stop door so to speak.
