We stayed at this property for 1 night, because we were catching a crusie the next day. Its in a convenient location just a 5-10min ride to the cruise port . Staff was polite & professional. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious for 3 adults. We reserved the VIP suite.

When arriving to the hotel there is a $35 charge they don’t tell you upon booking. For conveniences offered free by most hotels and getting deals you’ll never use. So at booking hotel was like $65 but when arriving and forcing you to pay an additional $35 so the room is now $100 very deceiving.

Very nice hotel. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked really nice. The room was super quiet. Very comfortable bed. Like that the head of the bed raises up. Very clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the MIA Mover. I could take the metro train and the mover and get right to hotel. Cost 2.25. restaurant was good. Staff were pleasant.

Room was filthy. Had food in the bed and it was such an ordeal just to get anyone at the front desk. They switched our room on a lower floor to now a view of a parking garage and it was a smaller space. Don't be fooled by booking the premium room. It means nothing. New room only had 2 towels. No hand towels or floor towel for shower. Again no answer so had to walk down to get anyone. Also inconvenient if you book with friends..you can't go from your floor directly to their floor. You have to ride down to main floor to use main floor elevator screen to request a different floor. Each room floor only goes to lobby and maybe pool. Also, we were walked in on twice. Not housekeeping..that wouldve been great but by housekeeping manager...we paid for late checkout due to our flight time and that was never communicated between departments.

The best part of Yotel is definitely the proximity to the port and the metro mover to get around the area. It was also really great that they had a bag check service when we got in at 10am. However, the snotty and rude employee named Nicholas that demanded a tip from us for bringing out bags to the restaurant. Not even taken to the front desk or our room for that matter. Flat out demanded a tip for his tiny bit of work. Just ridiculous! The one strange thing with the room was the bedding. It did not have a fitted sheet on the bed and there were 2 small top sheets sideways on the bed u see the comforter. Do also have to say the operation of the elevator, confusing at first, but is an awesome system once you’re used to it.
