Great location

Good location, But, 14 floors, many rooms and just 2 tiny elevators of 4 persons each is not enough. The wait at the time of check out was ridiculous to get an elevator. Everytime you go in and out the wait was bad. Other than that is a good place

Overall, it was inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting luxury. Room and bathroom were updated and clean. The elevators are tiny, so give yourself extra time to check out in the morning if you have a lot of bags. Customer service - the desk staff was pleasant but when checking in the music was so loud I couldn’t hear the person very well and missed some important info. I also left my prescription glasses behind. Had to call 3 times the day after check out before anyone answered the phone. Then the person put me on hold and never came back. Stopped by the hotel after my cruise and they couldn’t find my glasses. My fault for forgetting them but what what happened to them? They don’t have a process to manage lost items! The building itself looks industrial from the outside. The neighborhood is full of other hotels and restaurants. Lots of racing car/motorcycle noise at night. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night but daytime was ok. Just one homeless lady walking around.

I changed my room 3 times and it was still disgusting. Unknown liquids on the wall, hair on the bed and in the bathroom, floors were dirty, absolutely disgusting.

Pre cruise stay

Location is across from Bayside Marketplace and cant be beat! Lobby is nice but thats about it. Elevators are slow and only 2 for a multiple 19+ floor hotel and broken (didnt show what floor you are on). Room was small and bathroom even smaller. Sparse old furnishing without nightstand on one side of bed. Lamp rusted and broken. Carpet in room and throughout hotel in horrible condition. Worn, dirty and multiple bleach spots. Our view was bayside and and amazing. Room dirty and bathroom smelled horrible. Went to cvs across street to buy lysol spray and wipes. Used a wipe on cou ter and it was literally disgusting after. Bed, linens were clean and comfy. The air conditioner in our room was obnoxiously loud and made a banging sound so loud when turning on it woke us up. Had to cool room when awake low enough to turn off at night. Some floors have ice machines but after checking 2 neither worked or were not on. Restaurant downstairs was great.

Room was like they were in the middle of redecorating, paint on carpet and sheets, missing chairs, luggage rack, soap and staff did not send soap until the third request. Elevators took way long once I waited 20 minutes on the 14 floor with laughed.

Ok but not worth the money

We stayed here for Ultra which is super convenient for the location since Bayfront park is right across the street. This is where the high cost came in but definitely was not worth it for us. The hotel staff was friendly. Hotel was clean but dated. The bed was terrible and mattress was thin, basically sleeping on springs. Room was very small. No mini fridge. Only 2 super slow elevators which cancelled out the location convenience. This was terrible due to the capacity of the hotel and event. Less busy time might not be as bad. Overall not the best or worst place to stay but definitely not worth the money paid.

The cheap rate on Expedia is not real as is not showing an additional room and service fee that you are charged upon arrival to the hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable with that. Maybe it was stated somewhere or maybe not but I wasn’t expecting to pay anything else. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a Dominican man who helped me a lot at the lobby. I wish the elevators could have more spaced and run faster. The penthouse is just a small single room with no view, at least the one I had. I got 2 drinks tickets at the reception but when exchanged at the restaurant turned to be just mini shots and not a drink from the bar. Location is perfect

Small room with window facing a wall and almost no natural light. Bathroom was TINY and the sink in your face when sitting on the toilet. Maybe 3" between them. If you fell in the shower I don't know how they would be able to get you out of there. Mirror with a few shelves, the lowest shelf was damaged. Not an amenity in the bathroom and I felt grateful there was toilet paper. No cup to put a toothbrush in, or a holder for the soap. There was a hairdryer in the closet. The room had a long narrow table that was tired looking and a headboard and chair from fake leather that were peeling. Small night table from same cheap material as bathroom shelf. We had to ring the front desk 4 different times but no one answered and my husband had to go down in the end to ask for a shower cap, which he received after they rummaged around and found one. I wasn't expecting luxury, but the photos online are misleading and make the rooms look much nicer and in better shape than they are. And as others have mentioned... getting in the elevator to check out is a trying experience as there are many cruise passengers with multiple pieces of luggage all needing the 2 elevators at once. Never staying here again.
