This was one of the most disorganized and unprofessional hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel operates under three different locations, but nowhere in the booking process did it say that check-in and the actual stay were at different places.ONLY the day of check in we were informed of this when it was too late. We arrived at the hotel we booked, only to be told by a lone worker that this wasn’t the right location. He then sent us somewhere else, where we were again told this wasn’t where we’d be staying. We were dragged back and forth, lugging heavy bags around the city with no proper directions or assistance.
To make things worse, there were no workers on-site at the final location—not even security. At night, we tried to sleep, but two women by the pool were drinking, smoking in a non-smoking area, and laughing loudly. We called the hotel, and the only worker (who was at a completely different location) said there was no staff available to check the situation and when we made a complaint regarding the problem they told us they will call 911 for any issues.... and mind you during the day when we called, they did not answer the phone. What kind of hotel has no security or staff on-site to ensure safety?
This place is a complete mess—disorganized, unprofessional, and not safe. If you want a stress-free, secure stay, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
