Great Location Mins to the Beach.

Great Location and just mins from the beach. This location has great restaurants and you are in the South oF Fifth Location with fabulous restaurants and beaches. Lincoln Road and Espanola Way are near by.

More like a hostel than hotel. Only for tech savvy as all online, no front of house. Not veyr clean and rooms did not get cleaned during our stay. Very rudimentary.

The hotel needs to have a more in person service. Our room was a tad dirty with stains on the curtains and the bed not being fully made. There was also damage to the floor. Great location but the service was not ideal

The corridors smelled musty. The room was fine but I found a used kleeenex between the sheets. Parking cost $47 and was valet. We had to wait 45 minutes to get our car in the morning. Checkin (precheck through the phone) was a major hassle and the woman at the desk was not particularly helpful. I had to call a number to get help checking in the second room. I will not go back there
