Trump International Beach Resort offers 330 accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. I had a terrible experience with this hotel, even though I never stayed there. I made a reservation and tried to cancel only 10 minutes later, but they refused to process the cancellation. I ended up losing all my money with no option to use it as a credit for a future stay. I called several times, but nothing was resolved. To make things worse, I even paid for the insurance offered through Expedia, yet I still didn’t get a refund. The most frustrating part is receiving multiple emails from the hotel asking how my stay was, when they should know very well that I never checked in. This is unacceptable customer service. I feel scammed
