Really nice hotel in terms of rooms, gym, pool etc. sadly the service lets it down a bit. You’re often waiting a long time for service around the pool/poolside restaurant. I also went for lunch (spent $100) and returned to find my bag had been removed from the poolside bed - meaning I was left on a cheap plastic chair for the rest of the afternoon. No apologies from the staff, just an explanation that if you’re away from your bed for 30 mins. Normally I wouldn’t mind this, but it should be made clear when you check in that this is the case. It’s incredibly annoying to have gone to spend money in their restaurant and then return to find that you’ve lost your bed for the afternoon. Overall decent but service needs to improve as pretty substandard for what is otherwise a decent hotel.

Hotel is very nice but the rules for the amenities are very strict.. They didn’t let me bring in my sister as a guest to the pool even for a short 15 mins visit and requested 100 dollars for that. No one of the staff members had any flexibility to the situation. It was a regular middle of the week morning without many people at the pool.
