Shanna, the hotel general manager, was a blessing and a paragon of hospitality and kindness. The staff was also empathetic, which helped a lot after a long day of traffic - we were able to check in a bit earlier. It was an absolutely perfect experience. The beds were out of this world comfortable and the room decor was minimalist and on point.

I really don't like to do less than great reviews, but I feel like I have too. The property is nice and well kept. We stayed 3 nights and we were never able to have our room made up. Housekeeping did not show up until after 4:30. Thats the time you are back in the room after being out all day thats time for showering and getting ready to go out for dinner. A fairly minor detail but the truly top tier hotels pay attention too. Do not valet, we had an early flight and they will not get you car before 8 Am. I had to park in a public garage and go get the car myself. They still charged me for the day. Its a good hotel and the stay was nice enough but they lack attention to details. The difference between a good hotels and great one. It was rated on this site as exceptional, it was above average in reality.

Loved the luxurious feel of this place. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is family-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional. The sushi bar on the property is definitely worth trying — fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful boutique hotel! The pool area, although small, was luxurious. We especially appreciated being able to check in and out early, a perk of our VIP status. Good location, the beach and Lincoln Mall both within walking distance. Would stay here again.

What a gem in the heart of South Beach! The Plymouth has a boutique vibe with fantastic service. The beach is just a short walk away, and we loved the complimentary chairs. Our room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend for a chic, laid-back getaway.
