I was there for three night. Nobody come to do the cleaning room pick up the Garbage. Swimming pool under construction.

I do not recommend. The hotel was so hot, like the AC was broken. I said something and the employee said “I’m hot also.” The WiFi never worked. The cable worked half of the time, at best. The pool was down for maintenance so no pool available, not even hot tub. The rooms felt so stuffy and moist. The overhead light didn’t work. There was no microwave in the room. We had to move rooms one night because it was an awful room. I cannot say enough bad things. The staffed offered no discounts or reimbursement. It was honestly embarrassing.

The property is definitely older, but that’s true for most hotels along this strip. Our room itself was updated, which was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable and felt cheap. The biggest disappointment was the pool—it’s currently closed, and with only two people working on such a large project, it doesn’t seem like it will reopen until next year. Aside from that, we enjoyed the easy beach access and the convenience of walking right down to the water. I wouldn’t rule out staying here again, but only once everything is fully up and running. We didn’t know the pool was closed until the day before our arrival or we would have made other arrangements close by.

The room didn’t look nothing like the pics online. It wasn’t really clean to me either. The pool was being remodeled but they never disclosed that with me. The staff was nice and very helpful.

According to the pictures I booked a room with acces to the beach, there was no such thing when I got there. No parking, pool was in construction and the breakfast supposedly was included and still we had to pay. Noisy and the hotel looked from the 18th century but nasty!

Expedía vendió un hotel que parecía un sueño y que sus instalaciones estaban funcionando al 100 % y es mentira, no tiene parking, los pasillos que dan a las habitación con mal olor y a humedad, en la carpeta del hotel no tienen bien claro que fue lo que el cliente alquiló como habitación, tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación una vez más, por qué no era lo que uno reservó. La atención al hospedé en la carpeta no fue la mejor, cuando desistimos retirarnos y quisimos hablar con el gerente, que eran las 2.30 pm, no se encontraba nadie de la gerencia, el manager no se encontraba en ese momento, conclusión es un pésimo hotel. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

The pool was not functioning (under renovation) and it was a huge reason why we booked this hotel. I wish the hotel had been transparent about this when booking. The hotel is on the beach, but chairs, towels and umbrellas were only available from 10-5. On Monday of our stay, we were told no umbrellas would be set up.

This hotel is OK. It's rather clean, the staff is mostly friendly, the location is very good, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The main floor has chess, table tennis and billiard. The bartenders are great. The ocean view room was pretty good, unfortunately it had no balcony. Now the main problem. The pool was closed for renovation. Needless to say that a pool is a vital part of any hotel, and the fact that it was closed substantially affected my stay in a negative way. So although the overall hotel impression was OK, I would never stay there again.
