Air conditioning went out for 2 nights then finally got switched rooms because the ac unit was leaking, no parking, no pool, no towels for the beach. The loungers were ripped on the beach. The outlets in the bathroom didnt work for my wifes hair or makeup. It was the worsy trip we have ever taken

The room was good except for the bathroom. The door into the bathroom would not open all the way, you would hit the toilet. The bathroom itself was very small but the shower was big. The Continental breakfast was very basic and we were not able to access the pool for 2 out of the 4 days that we were there. The beach was nice with chairs and umbrellas but the seaweed was high at this time. Also, if you want room service daily request it daily and sometimes you might get it done. The front desk staff were all great.

The breakfast option that is included was not good. First off it was bread, orange cheese, and hard salami slices. Orange juice was offered and water as well as cereal and milk in a carton. Hot breakfast was only offered for a fee.

The pics are so misleading. Yes, they have a huge pool and the beach is a few hundred feet away but the pool was very cloudy and it was closed on the last 2 days of our trip. I specifically picked this hotel for the pool. The water from our show would soak the entire bathroom, we had to make a barrier of towels and that didn't help much

Madeline at the front desk is phenomenal, she made check in so easy and went above and beyond for us! The housekeeping team is also amazing and always had the room nice for us when we returned. We wished there were a few more options at breakfast or that the breakfast options changed on a rotation. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were clean.

It is an old hotel, the staff was nice, the bed was good, but the pool was kind of dirty. But it always had beach chairs and sunshades available. Not a lot of options for breakfast, but it fits the price you pay.

I was charged for a resort fee daily and the breakfast was horrible salami and cheese, I had to request that my room be cleaned 8 times before it was finally cleaned and also when I got here the first day the pool was extremely dirty and the next day it wasn’t working my entire stay Tuesday through Saturday I will never stay at this place again stay somewhere else

⸻ Because my preferred room type wasn’t available, I ended up making two separate reservations — one for a deluxe queen partial ocean view and another for an oceanfront queen. At check-in, I was told the oceanfront room didn’t have a balcony, even though the website had described it as having one. I was also told that the deluxe partial ocean view was actually a nicer room overall, so the front desk staff recommended I stick with that option. I did, and while it was fine, it wasn’t the oceanfront view or balcony experience I was expecting. The common areas, like the lobby and hallways, were noticeably warm, and I overheard other guests mentioning that their rooms felt hot too. The pool was an odd green color and cloudy during our entire stay — then closed for maintenance the day we left and the following day as well. On a positive note, the beach access was great, with towels, chairs, and umbrellas provided. The on-site restaurant, 1977 Fly & Grill, was excellent — surprisingly quiet, but the food was really good. Overall, though, we don’t plan to stay at this property again.
