My family absolutely loved our stay!!! We came for a dolphins game and which was only 15 minutes away and the beach about 7 minutes away!! A ton of parking great staff very clean and comfy great for any stay

Although breakfast said it was “included”, when it was time to enjoy it, staff basically took the plates out of our hands and told us it wasn’t included in our stay. How EMBARRASSING! Then, 10 minutes later, there was incessant knocking at our door (I thought it was staff apologizing about the incident), but nope, it was housekeeping asking when we were leaving! She kept asking when we were checking out so she could clean our room! She asked us 3 times! It was absolutely ABSURD and RUDE! We will never stay here again. When I complained at the front desk during checkout, he gave us complimentary parking, which was $32, I never knew parking cost in the first place!!! Unbelievable!

I didn' like the way you have to pay for the overnight parking. The entrance is so inclined and uncomfortable. Staff doesn't smile. Not friendly. Breakfast isnot included. Parking is very expensive. 32.00 for 1 night. It was not a pleasant experience.

This is my go to when I come and visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful I give them a 10/10. The only thing that was missing is a microwave in the room, you door dash and may not eat your whole meal if you want it later you can heat it up. Everything is right there so you can walk or uber which was a plus.

The room was clean and quiet and then hotel was overall very nice. However, the parking garage wasn’t easy to access and the front desk agent didn’t tell me that I needed to scan the rear view mirror tag to access the garage. Most places it’s the room key so when that didn’t work I put in my credit card. It was very frustrating because I was in a rush and after we checked out I had to go back inside to have it credited. They were nice about it but simply telling me to scan the mirror tag would have saved a lot of time.

Overall it’s a good place but I got a really tiny room, which was half the size of the 2nd room I got for a friend that came with me. Weird (same price too)

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful, rooms were spacious enough for 6 (size of my family), and the beds were extremely comfortable. Given the cost though I would have expected a complimentary breakfast, and the continental breakfast offered for $15 looked substandard. Parking is an additional fee and we were surprised to find that the elevators in the parking garage were not secure. By this I mean we didn't have to scan our room key in order to access the hotel or any of the levels that had hotel rooms. It was simple - press a button and up you go. This meat that basically anyone (guest or intruder) could access the hotel and it's rooms from the parking garage - no access key needed. Overall it was a good experience but wouldn't stay here again.
