Housekeeping was very inconsistent and we had to complain twice in a 4 day stay as basic tasks were not completed such as replacing towels, washing glasses and on our final night we received no housekeeping at all until we complained at 6pm at night. Unlike other SLS properties, this one does not provide complimentary bottled water (other than one complimentary offer at check in) and you have to pay for those thereafter. This is utterly unacceptable in my opinion for a hotel of this calibre. The safe did not work, items were missing from the mini bar and we had to ask for additional bathrobe (only one in a double room). It wasn’t bad it was just irritating and not a good level of service. Room is lovely and huge and great decor. Pool is fab and the pool staff great.
