Elevators are too crowded. Shower drainage was blocked. There were no drawers in the room. Windows were not completely sealed and outside noise was loud. The building needs a renovation. Personnel was nice and location is great.

My 3-star rating is to improve * Quality of breakfast * On our trip, unfortunately, it was very cold and we were told that the hotel did not have heating. A few space heaters as a backup would be useful. Other than that, everything worked out well for us.
