Nice hotel. We were counting on transportation to the Port for our cruise. Wouldn't let us book this in advance and by the time checked in, all spaces were filled. We Ubered instead. But chose the hotel for the transportation service to the post.

good thing about this place is that it’s right in front of the metro station so it’s easy to move around town. Immediate area is not very walking friendly (limited side walks, some bridges, etc). Some parking lots around so not many people or businesses.

Easy access to the Port of Miami. Room was very small compared to most hotel rooms. Clean and great location, offer shuttle to port but have to book in advance.

Love the view from the room of the bay. Dislike that we heard every door opening and closing on that floor. Upon check out we did not dee the valet so we asked frontdesk and the guy there couldnt even answervus or tried to help us. Overall the stay was good.

This hotel needs some updates. It was located great for walking or the monorail and shopping but very loud. We were on the 16th floor and could hear everything outside. A lot of boats in the water with loud music. Nice to watch but loud.

1. Slight hard to get to (come off a bridge and right into the property 2. Welcome was less than ideal. Agent was nice but not sure if new..took her forever and the agent next to her booked in at least two travellers while we were waiting 3. $50 a night to park..and they aren't there after midnight. 4. On the 14th floor, and only one working guest elevator. They diverted people to the employee elevator (smaller, and slow) 5. We needed more pillows. They didn't have when I asked (close to 9 pm) so I asked if they could bring to your room, and answer was 'no'. Come down. 6. On 14th floor....we heard construction out our window til 1 am. Beep, beep, beep Wouldn't stay again.
