My family and I had the worst experience there! Paid in full for housekeeping etc and on my 3rd night staying there had to request them come was then greeted by a very rude lady at the front desk who stated she does not speak English and gave my husband an email to contact for further help regarding housekeeping. Mind you third night with no clean sheets,towels,NO toilet paper! Had to get my own! The WiFi was terrible! Phones don’t work to get to the front desk etc Housekeeping came until my 5th night of staying! The only good thing I could say about this place was two staff Francesco and Bob. Bob was very pleasant and helpful. I think that’s his name…Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

ur experience at your hotel was quite unpleasant. We had to change rooms twice — the first room was dirty, and the second was also unclean, with the added issue that the shower did not work properly, only releasing hot water. When I complained about these issues, I requested that the parking fee be waived as compensation for all the inconvenience. However, upon returning to my country, I was surprised to find that the parking charge had still been applied to my credit card. Additionally, the hotel manager never addressed the situation or spoke with us directly, which only added to our disappointment. We stayed in Room 607, and I hope you can review this matter and offer an appropriate resolution.

Me hospedé en este hotel 3 días en springs break junto con mi familia, y la verdad desde que entré a la habitación no fue muy buena la energía ya que sentía que todo estaba sucio, encontré varias cucarachas en la habitación y llamé varias veces a la recepción para que me cambiaran las toallas y nunca llegaron, incluso mi esposo fue para la recepción a buscarlas y le dijeron que ya mismo se las enviarían pero todo fue mentira, así que no creo que vuelva a ese hotel.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel! I would class it as a 2 star. Very dirty and needs updating. The staff was nice but this place needs to a whole revamping

Shocking ! Bad reflection on Provident Chain

Terrible customer service! Flight was turned around mid way, e-mailed hotel,used Facebook page and left voicemail before new flight (mid day following day) no response. Arrived 830pm . Cancelled room as No show! Even though I did all I could, advised hotel was full will get full refund (never received) tried getting manage not available , had to get another hotel at 9pm. Stress was terrible as travelling with son . Handed them a letter later in trip and kept asking about being contacted / refund . Nothing . By the way you cannot see golf course as trees as high as building! Worst customer experience I ever had.

We had to change our room because there were roaches in the kitchen, the front door did not lock, the patio door didn’t lock either. The ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work, dishwasher didn’t work either. Curtains had several satin marks on them. The second room we were moved to the ice machine in the fridge was broken, dishwasher was broken as well. Washing machine didn’t work. We called the front desk to send someone to fix it, no one came that we know of to fix it. Dryer wasn’t working cause the lint vent had not been cleaned was full. The pool bathroom had roaches crawling in the sink and floor. Overall disappointed. I have stayed at this property before a few years back for business and it was great. Quality has gone way down, you can tell they don’t have enough staff. Not a clean property. Front desk staff tried to help as much as they can but it’s not up to them. Poor management. Sent an email through their site with concerns have not heard back. Checked out this morning still have not received my invoice. It’s a shame because they are in a great location, close to the airport, Downtown Doral, the golf course and city place.
