I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and bar. Upon arrival, I discovered the bar was closed indefinitely. I sat by the pool which would have been lovely had it not been full of leaves, dirt and human hair. Asked if anyone was able to clean it and got a shrug. The room was lovely as was the outside areas and it could be such a nice place but such a disappintment. Would not book again and feel I wasted my money.

Receptionist was rude. I asked for the packages that were delivered by Amazon to the location. First the receptionist stated they didn’t have anything (even though I could clearly see my package in their storage area. They asked me to show a photo and the photo showed it was delivered to the reception desk. I asked to speak to the manager and staff refused. I asked them to look at the camera in the reception area and staff refused. I asked to go into the storage room with staff to find the package and the staff refused. This is hands down the worse hotel that I have ever stayed at. Staff will not take responsibility for the missing package that was delivered to the reception desk! To get to the room I had to walk thru some dimly lit back alley. I cannot believe this type of hotel exists. I’m a landlord and have seen slumlords do a better job than what I’ve experienced.

This is a Terrible place! An absolute dump. I booked it, and could not stay there a night, so I left to find a different hotel. Property Condition: Awful! It's a dilapidated set of houses ; outside the door, there is a box that you put a code in to open it, it was falling off the door. Also, the room inside smells like sewage! Also, it's so dark inside... the dilapited light fixture on the ceiling has barely enough light (it's very dim in the room). Also, there was a lot of construction. But that was the least of the problem. The neighborhood: nothing is around. Literally it's on a kind of isolated road with a few residential properties around. That's it. Oh and the photos of the property online makes it look much better than it is in real life. It's truly a dump of a property.

Stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. That was fine, but the building and room itself was very rundown with bare amenities. The building seems to primarily be a storage area for the inn. Getting in and out of the property was a challenge since the code to the gate didn't work. We were frequently stuck outside waiting with other guests that also couldn't get in. Many people complaining about it in the front desk.

Shower doesn't work, pool is filthy, garbage everywhere. Maintenance was in our room changing a water heater and electrical panel. After all that still no hot water. Absolutely terrible do not stay here.

A little comfort with potential

The hotel bar was under renovation when we stayed there. The pool and courtyard offer a nice sitting area. We were allowed to check our luggage before the room was ready, which was nice. The young woman at the desk was helpful. The hotel offers water, beer, and wine for purchase on-site. Although it seemed like a rough area, the hotel felt mostly safe. There is a gate that gets locked at night. The room below us had at least 5 dogs that caused an odor that radiated throughout the hallway. The price was decent for a place to stay before hopping on our cruise ship.

This will be a fabulous hotel when it's finished. The social area is great!! The rooms need some TLC, but I really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed one night before our cruise and one night after. It's hard to find.... even with GPS our Lyft drivers got lost. I would come back.

One staff member was nice, the next seemed to have a bad day. The place is very beautiful. With some effort, it could be a real gem. A lot of plane and train noise. Overall it was nice, but just needs some more work to make it 4-5 stars.
