Miami Lakes

The hotel is very well located near everthing but the hotel needs an update. Bathroom looks old so do the rugs. It was ok for a 1 night since we where m esr where we needed to go but needs improvement. Staff was nice.

The only reason I booked this hotel is because it stated that it was recently renovated. Apparently only a few rooms had been renovated. The room that I had was better than the first room but the job was poorly done and the hallways still smelled.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Room was in poor condition with cracks on walls and smelling rugs. AC did not work well at all. There were roaches all over and when we asked for the manager, we was told there was no one to talk to. Never again!!!!

Room had a bad odor as if someone had urinated on the floor and never cleaned the carpet. Bathtub shower curtain was broken But do have to say that in the morning the staff member who assisted was a plus to the experience.

Could have been better.

The elevator should’ve been in a better condition than what it was. It was held together the buttons and the doors were taped. The room had a stuffy, funny smell. The water was not hot. It was between lukewarm and cold and the soap containers in the shower were nasty. They need to be clean better. The breakfast was all right. It was so so.

Space A was very bad there was a lot of noise in the hallway people throwing the doors at 2 o’clock in the morning when you enter the hotel is nothing like the picture I have a smell like more I will attach picture of the room or how the rock was it wasn’t clean at all
