I don't mind that the hotel is a little dated because the location was perfect for our plans. But the shower didn't work properly (water coming out the back half of the shower head affected water flow) and the entire hotel smelled like mildew even in the room.

For the price of this stay, this property is absolutely not worth the money. I paid 180 for one night. Hotel is old and unkempt. The staff was so rude I almost cancelled my trip and demanded a refund. I was lost and looking for the building itself. There is NO signage. Nothing that says Holiday Inn. So I called and when they finally answered I asked where I can park and was told they don’t have any more parking available. I told them I paid for a room and should be able to park, and I was literally told to “figure it out— we are full and the garage is full too I don’t know what to tell you”. Then hung up on me. If it wasn’t convenient for the Kasey’s center this place should be avoided. I will absolutely not stay here again. Dirty hallways. Blankets were ripped. Unfriendly staff. No thank you.

It is very nice hotel where I have stayed more than 5 times everytime I come to Miami for shopping and to concerts at the Kaseya’s Center. It is located in a very beautiful place right in front of Bayside and you can walk to go shopping and walk to the Kaseya’s Center to go to your concert. The hotel is very clean and their staff is very nice.
