We had a great stay ! Just wish the checkout process was a little easier. I also think they partner with a cruise line because the people arriving while we were trying to check out was chaotic ! We waited on the 10th floor for an elevator for 45 minutes.

We got a Bayview room on the 17th floor and the view we got was breath taking. Everything was clean and staff was mostly courteous. The only little inconvenience was alot of the staff is not very fluent in English so sometimes you have to slow down and try to explain different ways. I would definitely stay again although I think the vallet parking for guest staying more than 3 days should be cheaper.
