Overall this is a nice hotel, friendly staff, but we did have issues with the air. Another individual also shared a similar issue with us and inquired if our room was warm. The hotel did provide a fan, which did help. There may be some language barriers, as a lot of the staff does not speak English. Also, if you are staying in a room with a veranda, it may not be on a top floor. Your view may be of a fenced in pool with greenery. We did not think this was advertise correctly on their site.

They promised to bring an amenity to my wife on her birthday and they missed her birthday and said they would bring it up the next day in the morning before we left. Well they brought it as we were leaving the hotel to go to the airport. I told them to just keep it.
