Very clean hotel. My room smelled nice. You do have to put your key card next to the door to use the lights. I didn't figure it out for a while. lol. I will be staying there again.

Subpar Management; "parking charges"

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Upon arrival, found out that there was a charge for the "parking" which was not listed in the hotel.com listing, the front desk representative stated it was a company charge- which makes it feel that either the company or hotels.com was being dishonest in pricing. Had issues with the internet - had to connect with the internet service to fix it upon check in. Had issues with the laundry machine...it took our money for the dryer and would stop mid cycle. when I brought up this issue the manager was conveniently "in a meeting" and never followed up with me personally. When I came back 3 hours later, she left for an appointment and - relayed a message to the front desk stating they will comp a day stay in the 3 day stay that was booked. still have not received the refund of this. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel but poorly management with how they solve issues with conflict arises.
