I liked the location and style of the hotel. It felt like I was in Spain/ Middle East. Nice smelling lobby. Española Way is basically part of the property so there are many dining options. I appreciate the amenity and card I received. The only thing is the room I had with a terrace was missing an iron/ ironing board but it was delivered quickly. Otherwise I would stay again.

Customer service was terrible. My friends would sometimes ask for water at the lobby and the front desk would refuse to fill up the water, as they didn’t want to leave their desk. Room service and any additional room related requests were delayed, if completed at all. Complementary champagne that was included in our booking was never provided, even when they repeatedly stated they would throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the service was not.

The location was great and they gave us early checkin which was nice but the room was very small and after asking multiple times they didn't give us different room and they also put us in the different building not the main one which was very weird. One night we were just standing in our balcony and having a drink someone was yelling at us from first floor saying you guys need to go in your room? what the hell was that about, why would I book a room with balcony if I can't even stand on it and have a drink and after saying this is our room he was so weird about it so we just went in. The property is good but the staff members are not helpful or friendly. overall experience was ok but I would not stay there again.

Great location

Amazing location! Such a cute rooftop bar and pool. Beach is only a couple blocks away and you get a chair and towel included. The rooms are adorable would love to come back.

Surrounded by outdoor recreation scenery enjoy the extra services Bike rental provided by the hotel The hotel interiors are overwhelming for 2025 I like the service since you get off your car park your car and be greeted by the staff service carrying your backs inside for checkout. Once you inside of the reception is very welcoming. There’s a restaurant next to it, which is ready to welcome me to as well the line of service is will make the hotel comes to life Miami Beach scenery around the hotel makes you feel welcoming Not only be greeted by exceptional staff, which makes you feel welcome since you’re stepping into the hotel. You don’t find this type of service at a big chain hotels. Congratulations to the owners staff and all the people they give their best to make your stay as blessed as it You will have to experience yourself because pictures on the website does not show the real truth or how charming the place is

We had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary. The hotel feels upscale without being too formal. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and watched the sunse, it was magical. Our room was elegant and quiet, with a super comfy bed and a minibar stocked with nice options. The location was perfect for walking around and discovering Miami.

Honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight , the food, the views, the vibe… everything was perfect. I had a room with a sitting area, and it felt like a mini apartment. Great place to relax after a day out in Miami. The beach is close, and there are so many great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!
