Horrible stay for a Hilton. For starters check in was a hassle, I arrived at 3:30 knowing check in was at 4 but I asked if could be checked in since it was only 30 minutes before. I was told not and understood because as mentioned before check in was set at 4. To my surprise they did not have any rooms available and clean which they did not have at 4 either. Check in was finally done around 4:50 pm after so many complications. When getting to our rooms one of the rooms could not be opened because the key to that one did not work. Went down stairs and was explained they were having system issues. Apparently it was widespread as there were several other people in the same situation. Ohh phones are not answered at any time, very rarely they pick up. The same issue we had with the keys to both rooms during the 3 nights stay so we made several trips to the front desk. What stroke me the most was something I never experienced before, the housekeepers entered the room while I was not there and grabbed the do not disturb door sign I specifically placed in the room desk and put it back on the door handle outside, they left without cleaning or swapping towels or refilling the 2 coffee pods they had at the room. The next day and the rest of the stay did not get any cleaning or refreshing in the room whatsoever. The other room I got was cleaned once during the stay that is all. Like I said, for a Hilton and my previous experiences with them, this location left me very disappointed.
