Everything was terrible! The entire hotel smells of dampness, the rooms were dirty and flooded, and the air conditioning was the worst — you could barely breathe in the room. They should close the place and do proper maintenance before receiving any more guests because people’s health is at risk. We had to immediately switch to another hotel.
This place needs to be REVAMPED! Here is the review you need: you will not get a refund/cancel. So I’m telling you now do not do it. The floors have cracks. The people in the front office are NEVER available, they are always disappearing. IF you just so happen to stay here the bed in comfortable, but that’s literally about it.
Our original reservation was canceled by the hotel due to renovation two days before our scheduled arrival. Hotels.com was extremely accommodating and called to help us find a new reservation. They offered us several different options over the phone and read us the description of each choice. We did not get to see photos of each choice and just had to pick one pretty quickly. We chose the one closest to our original booking and got the entire house for our overnight stay. The check in process was not explained and I had to call a number then given another number and then received a text on how to check in. There is literally a hostile right on the corner and you just go to the front desk to check in. The attendant was so nice and very helpful. He went above and beyond to get us to the house. The hostile itself is very slummy. Felt like crack heads were everywhere. Once we got into the house overall it was fine. It’s an old house, beds were not extremely comfortable but for just for an overnight stay it served its purpose. I would not pay to stay there at full price for longer than a night. Our trip was a family trip, but if you just want a party house and a place to sleep it is fine. Plenty of room, plenty of beds. Parking is very limited. Full kitchen and two bathrooms, basically two open floor plan living areas with pull out futons and several couches.

The area is so gorgeous, it was super close to everything!! CVS next door was a life saver. The rooms were a little sketchy but honestly it was really great for a quick weekend trip. would stay here again

The place has a friendly staff, is super close to Ocean Drive and the beach, is near a bunch of restaurants, and you can get there easily from Miami International Airport on public transport.
The room we stayed in was deplorable, moist smell. Dirty towels and sheet with make up on them. There was a hole on the door, and the water was shut off mid shower. The hotel needs a lot of remodeling work done. The smell was the worst.

It was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. There was no trash can, microwave or mini fridge. The stairs and floors were always wet. No parking in the property, and the closest parking is too expensive.

I took a girls trip with my daughter and niece ages 15yrs and 16yrs. Our flight was delayed so we checked in at 9pm instead of 4pm. When we arrived the room that was given WAS NOT THE ROOM THAT I BOOKED. It was room #1 which was a basement room. We immediately smelled mildew/ or mold inside. It had a portable air conditioner which the smell was coming from, no refrigerator, and right by the stairs. I asked for it to be changed but they were completely booked and was offered a refund. Every hotel was booked so we had to stay. I have bronchitis and my daughter has no respiratory issues but we coughed all night. The next morning after 1pm they relocated us to a ground floor room. This was the room that I initially booked. Fresh, clean, working air conditioner and refrigerator. I was offered a 20% discount upon my check out but never received it. The only room I will ever get will have to be 234 because it was what was advertised. DO NOT STAY IN RM #1 EVER. (Also no ice machine on premises or complementary breakfast)

Towels provided were not clean.
Floor in room was pretty dirty/dusty.
Seemed like it was a hassle for us to stay here for the employees.

This is by the worst place I have ever slept at in my life and I have slept in a London subway... The rooms are falling apart, they are gross and the air conditioning hardly worked. Those are all the concerns you worry about once you get past the general murder vibe you get just from being there. The front desk lady was nice though ...
