The lady at reception treated us with a bad attitude and gave us the wrong direction to the room. Clogged sink, did not drain well, bathtub and toilet in poor condition. Not that important, but the TV screen was blue. The hotel offer transportation to the airport, they had ton all us and another guest a taxi, we waited 2 hrs for the shuttle it never shows. Another young lady has to call Lyft, she was late for her flight.

Last minute 5-day layover

This Day's Inn was extremely comfortable and the staff was outstanding. Housekeeping worked hard. Both the day front desk and overnight front desk personnel were very warm and courteous. The two guys who work it overnight really knew how to spin plates and handle everything. My first room had an issue with the television. But without hesitation I was relocated to another room and had absolutely no issues. The air conditioning ran cold, the shower was hot,the pool was clean, the area was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very glad I chose this hotel for my 5-day stay. It will be back next month.

Just stay somewhere else

This is a motel, has no elevators and the flights coming in and out the airport kept me up most of the night. When we arrived we found out our booking was cancelled because they charged my card before we arrived. Do yourself a favor and just spend the extra 10 to 20 dollars to stay at a better hotel

I only have 2 complaints, the shower didn’t have a curtain so it would wet the floors when we showered, and we tried to get a water from the vending machine for $2 and the water never came out and the machine didn’t return the money. Besides that it was a comfortable stay.

I was expecting a clean and updated hotel, but was very disappointed to see the condition of the hotel. Smelled and looked bad. Door did not lock properly. Since I paid in advance, I couldn't cancel it. I paid for Friday and Saturday nights, but decided to leave on Saturday instead. I lost money and I will never stay at that property of any other property owned/managed by Wyndham. Terrible experience.
