the staff is OK.. the link they sent for early check-in didnt work, so i ended up in a room i didnt like,, the 1st room had a destroyed (their words) bed and was changed..the 2nd room developed a water leak which they said was fixed.. nope,, next day water leak again,, since i was leaving the next day we stayed there... housekeeper needs to inspect those roos completely,,, make repairs as needed... the area is nice and close to everything, the inconvinience of changing rooms is an added burden to anyone...

Worse than expected. Very disappointing. Water on the floor by air conditioner. AC not working properly. Room was very damp and bedding was very damp. Floor and furniture and baseboards and fixtures need replacement. Noisy every night late. Unsafe area. Front desk never responded for extra towels request. Cleaning girl would not give new towels unless we gave her used towels.

Nothing. Dirty, dilapidated property. Moldy room. Humidity leaks from the outside to the point were the surfaces of the room are wet, specially the floor, as you walk on it you leave dirty marks from your shows. This place needs to be bulldozed. The front desk lady tried to be helpful but she was unprofessional. Terrible experience. I also did not feel safe, sonwe left after spending an hour in the room.
