I loved th airport shuttle. The breakfast was great as well. The concern I have is I seen others maybe 2 minutes late to breakfast and the servants was already cleaning up and didn’t give them a chance to grab something to eat. Also I had to ask housekeeping for clean towels 3 days in a row. That was disappointing and no room service cleaned the room. I had to stop her in the hallway to ask for help. Check in and out was easy. The hold that was placed on my card for the deposit also took a long time to fall off. Over a week and a half after my stay. I would stay here again.

Overall fair place, we only stayed overnight on our way to a cruise. I did see a roach in the bathroom the next morning which I was instantly not okay with. If this did not occur, the stay would’ve been perfect for what it was.

We stayed here due to the proximity to the airport and that they offered a free shuttle.The room was clean and comfortable. The whole place smelled amazing and was updated. Breakfast was a let down. There was very minimal options. The hotel was 10 mins from the airport and the shuttle took an hour to come get us. While i enjoyed the cleanliness of the property i will likely stay somewhere else next time i come to miami.

The rooms are ok, but breakfast is minimalistic with disposable plates and plastic cutlery. There is no restaurant or room service. There are no restaurants nearby. Taxis to the airport don’t like to come because it is too short a distance, the bus shuttle is only once an hour, but walking is not an option on highways.
