I really loved the beds...firm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. At night...the night life is very different ftom what I'm used too. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will return!

Not such a great first impression

AC ran constantly yet never cooled down the room & we had no hot water in the shower. Front desk was notified and we were told "it was taken care of" but nothing changed with water or AC. Worst of all, it seemed something was living in the ceiling above one of the bedrooms. They sent maintenance to check it out and I was told the noises I was hearing was coming from parrots outside the building and they offered me a late checkout "for the inconvenience." Needless to say, won't be staying here again and certainly don't recommend staying here.

Great property close to the beach. They offer chairs for beach and towels. Only thing that was kind of annoying was the door keys broke very easy if placed near phone or wallet

When we checked into our room the counter staff was rude. When we got to our room the tv did not work and neither did the hot water and the shower was leaking to the room beneath us. The manager moved us to a new room that was not as nice as the first room. The key fob never worked. We had to keep getting it reactivated every day and sometimes twice a day. They were nice rooms but the stay was terrible for the money that was spent. I wouldn’t suggest this place.

The rooms were very small and definitely. Do not accommodate more than 2 persons. Even though it was a reservation 4 there were only 2 bath towels and 2 wash rags, and when asked about getting more, we were handed to beach towels and no wash rags. Definitely not accommodating

I think the bathrooms should be a little bigger in the rooms. They are so tight, i feel like you can brush your teeth, take a poop and shower all at the same time.
