While the staff was very kind and hospitable to be honest the place is a dumb. Rust in the shower. Dust and dirt everywhere. The pictures online are very deceptive. Had to go buy new sheets for the bed because my date didn’t want to even sleep in the bed.

Again the room was neglected for cleaning there was yellow stains on the toilet also towels had blood on them sheets smelled like sweat and when I called and reported they had “no record” of me calling or speaking to the night attendant. Expedia did not help out I had to get a secondary room down the street room also smelled like smoke and manager was very rude made us feel very unwelcome.

The staff was beyond great and I almost feel bad for them that they have to try to sell that dump. The owners should be embarrassed about the state that the hotel is in. The rooms look like a motel from the 80s and there it no hiding about the fact that its supposes to be a art deco style hotel. Mold on the wicker table, cut off tiles in the bathroom. The tile that was painted over is now loosing its paint. Great location but obvious the owner stopped investing momey in it.

Our room was filthy. There was a window that led to the outside that was located inside the bathroom. It had no curtain to block the view from the outside. There was mold in the window. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We checked out within three hours and they refused a refund. The room pictures do not represent the rooms at all. Beware.

The room was not bad however when we took a shower, the water would not drain. Supposedly the maintenance came and they said they fixed it never fixed it… the elevator was really really slow so we had to take the steps. There was no microwave in the room.. the building itself smell like an old rehab rehabilitation housing facility. The only thing great about the place was it was right in front of the beach, but there was construction all the way around it so you have to walk all the way around the gate.. every day we had to request for towels and we also have to get our key cards re-magnetized. We also have to pay for parking which was 25 bucks a day… I definitely would not visit that place again.

Employees were great very nice and helpful. Now let’s get down to the hotel. Terrible only stay there if there is absolutely no where else to stay. Tubs were painted we didn’t use it because all the paint chips were in the tub. TVs three channels if u were lucky. Place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Location perfect. There was garbage in the pool. Our first room the tv didn’t work at all so they relocated us to another room and about 10:45 pm while we were dead asleep we heard someone banging on the door and before we could get up they were already opening the door luckly we had the lock across the door so they could only open it so far but still so scary!! There are no phones in the room so we couldn’t call down to the front desk and we were too scared to leave our room so we waited until the morning to report it!! They were not sure what happened maybe gave someone our room key by accident!!

Hotel is ran down, torn carpet in hallways, dirty walls, barely had hot water for shower, bedding smelled bad, decorative pillows dirty had not be cleaned in a long time, stains on bedding. Tv didn’t have 1 clear watchable channel. Construction was happening around the building was not notified of that issue. Hotel is very old picture are deceiving.
