The worst. Here in Miami for my honeymoon the night before we leave on our cruise. We got married last night and got the first flight here. I searched everywhere for a hotel that could accommodate an earlier check in than 4 o’clock with us getting no sleep the previous night from our wedding. I requested a 1:00 check in when I booked the hotel months in advance. Called the hotel 7am the day of and at noon to be sure the room would be ready by the time we arrived so we could sit down and rest once we got there- was told they would send housekeeping up once the previous guests left at noon so the room would be ready when I called once we landed. Arrived right on schedule and got scolded at the front desk by multiple employees telling me that no one checks in before 4pm. After showing the employees the texts and emails I received FROM THEM stating that early check in is available, the continued to yell at me at the front desk in front of other customers that the texts and emails are not valid. My husband and I had to sit in the lobby until 4 pm with our bags on the first day of our honeymoon. They refused to let us check in any earlier. Finally got up to our room after 4pm and even after spending extra money for a balcony and ocean front room for our first night of our honeymoon, the balcony door was BROKEN. My husband had to pry the door open just enough so we could squeeze through sideways. I have never been treated with such disrespect.

So the room was ok but the bathroom not really the toilet didn’t work well, we stayed 4 days, the pool wasn’t clean one of the days at all I don’t know why. Breakfast was excellent, they have complimentary coffee machine where u can get cafe any time which was very nice. Staff were nice. They give you towels for pool and the beach. Didn’t feel safe in front of the hotel because there was same guys sitting all day on the stairs of the hotel.

Parking difficult due to one way streets, is behind property. $40 per night. Restaurant meal was poor yet expensive. Other restaurants on street long wait. Boardwalk was cool, and beach close but they take your chair at 6pm. Room decent, no view except block wall for standard room, easy walk to beach. Decent pool with an afternoon bar. Evening bar closed. Wouldnt choose again.
