Front desk was very helpful with all the questions about the city and transportation. Breakfast was good and unique in the area

On the last day before I checked out, I was taking a shower when part of the ceiling suddenly collapsed. A section of the ceiling fell onto the floor. It was heavy, and I could have been seriously injured. I am very unhappy about this situation. The shower itself was also broken. I have photos documenting the damage.

The room was very clean, though a bit small; the staff members were amazingly helpful; breakfast was excellent - both plentiful and tasty.

Room is clean.

I was booked in for 5 nights at Hotel Rum. When I went to the room, the lock to the door was damaged (but at least functional), which for the cost was a very poor look. When I checked out the room, the blankets on the bed were dirty, with stains that looked disturbing. I requested that they be replaced by clean ones and the young lady at reception was helpful in arranging for that, However, when that had occurred, hair was then left in the bed by whoever serviced the room. I immediately left and had to find suitable accomodation elsewhere in Budapest.

From start to finish this feels like a prestige hotel, check-in is very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are very stylish and maintained to a high quality. ON top of that great location for easy access to the rest of Budapest. Will be back
