Hotel Punto MX: Spacious Rooms and Impeccable Cleanliness, but Service Needs Improvement
My recent stay at Hotel Punto MX in Mexico City had both notable highlights and areas for improvement. On the positive side, the generous size of the room was a definite plus, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by the excellent level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, which contributed significantly to a comfortable stay.
However, the hotel could benefit from a significant focus on enhancing its customer service. Both at the reception and in the restaurant, the staff could be more attentive and welcoming. A simple smile and a more proactive approach to guest satisfaction would undoubtedly make the overall experience more pleasant.
Additionally, the breakfast offering was disappointing and did not seem to represent a diverse range of international options. Considering the price point, I believe the breakfast could be significantly improved to offer better value and variety.
On a positive note, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the individual who assisted us with our luggage during check-out. Their help was greatly appreciated.
