I had a great experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Smooth check in/out. Room and shower very clean. Great location , about 2 blocks away from Zocalo and very short walkeable distance from many business and restaurants. Tour options at the Hotel with pick up/drop off option. Recommended

I had the superior suite, was disappointed. there was no kettle / coffee maker, no washing liquid to clean dishes, floors werent cleaned before i arrived or during as after each shower my feet got filthy. No soundproofing in room 301 is terrible noisy from the street traffic and dogs barking. Only time of quiet 12am-5am. The roof terrace is the the highlight of the place.

My room was really large and clean, but the rooms face an internal area (no windows facing outside) so if anyone is in the courtyard area you can hear everything. Saturday nights are super loud! But the rooms are really nice and large and its in a good area. There is a large hole in the sidewalk in front of the front door that I got my foot stuck in and fell down. I hope they fix it soon.

The property was very clean, the staff was terrific, and we enjoyed the location. The only problem we encountered was that our room got a lot of lobby noise on the first night that kept us up.

Absolutely fantastic location, close to major sites, metro, bus etc. Lots of restaurants in the 'hood once you go looking ... would have a appreciated a few tips from the staff though for our first day. No window to the street in our room, only to an airshaft, but actually ok because quieter. Room re-done recently, comfy bed and lots of room. Building is eclectic to say the least!

This hotel is walking 5 min. distance from The Zócalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral. It is located in a busy area so it is not that quite during the morning rush hours. However the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms and beds very comfortable, and staff very polite. I recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the Zócalo.

Este es un hotel bonito con excelente instalaciones y muy buena ubicación. Tienen muy buen servicio y el staff del hotel son súper amables sobre todo las afanadoras. Son muy atentas con la gente. El almuerzo está muy surtido y las personas que atienden el almuerzo son muy atentas, amables, y te atienden con lo que necesites. Solo un problema. Me quedé en la suite junior y la regadera del baño desgraciadamente se tiraba toda el agua afuera porque la puerta de vidrio no es lo suficiente grande. Esto fue un problema a diario. Se les recomienda hacer una mejoría en ese aspecto.

I would like to give this property a higher ratings. It’s an old run down Hotel that needs improvement. Property does not look like the pictures. Room was good size but lacking some lightings, it’s very dark in the room, there’s a smell constantly come out of the bathroom, free breakfast was not great either. Staffs were ok but not very friendly and don’t help much may be due to language barrier. We can’t use the restroom on the ground floor as it was under repair. Over all this Hotel is OK, you can’t beat the location, it’s very walkable.
